It’s too loud and has no speed adjustment making it too intense
Received after 3 weeks and it didn't work. It turns on, but no massaging happens. Have sent 3 emails to their customer service team and haven't gotten a response. For $499 plus tax you'd assume they'd be all over it. Not sure this company is even legit.

I have struggled with muscle tension, knots, stiffness and pain for years now and tried using foam rollers and massage balls which help a bit but are so time consuming and unpleasant to use. Thank you to GSP for his recommendation on this incredible product. Have been in two bad car accidents and my neck and shoulders were always tense and sore. NOT ANYMORE! In the comfort of my living room, I used the TIMTAM at 1000 for 3 minutes on each side of my neck and 2 minutes up and down my neck for 2 weeks. The mobility in my neck is INCREDIBLE. Unit is powerful and effective. Too draw backs with it came with additional attachments to target every area of your body and it's loud! Otherwise great product!
It really was worth waiting. Got me waiting more than what I expected. But once I got it, the agitation went away immediately. It is indeed a good product.
Nothing worked on my shoulder pain, I went to the chiropractor, did acupressure, did not help, until I tried the power massager pro!! Shoulder pain gone!!!!
I run 40-50 miles a week and am in my 60s. My hamstring is somewhat tight on a regular basis. I use the TimTam for 5 minutes before running and 10 min after and the hamstring no longer feels tight. My leg muscles no longer have a general sense of fatigue throughout the day. I do notice a difference if I am not able to use the TimTam after a run. I also use it on my calves and minor irritation I have in my knee has disappeared massaging the various parts of the leg. I loaned it to a friend and she replied, "phenomenal" to relief for her lower back.
