Floss bands allow you to move more freely by compressing the tissues in the joint and constricting blood flow. The strong elastic compression will quickly alter fascia's relation to all other aspects of the neuromusculoskeletal system when you move with it on. It would likely take some tension out of certain areas of the fascia, shifting it to other areas via strong intra-sling/intra-layer tension redistribution and inter-layer shear.

How to use: Wrap the joint, move around, remove & feel better.

I do not squat without these. Love them. A must have when squaring 3 times your weight.
